The item I want is "Sold Out" or no longer appears?
Email us at GuestSupport@BizChicBoutique.com with the name of the item (or description if you can't think of it) and we'll let you know if we're getting anymore back. If we are, we'll put you on the list to be notified when that particular item comes back in stock.

Is there a store for me to try things on?
No sorry :( As for now, we are now fully online. However, feel free to call or email us with sizing inquiries or other questions. If you are worried about sizing even after reading through the sizing guide for each item, we encourage you to buy 2 sizes of the same item. This way you don't have to wait to reorder the correct size, and you get a full refund for the other size with convenient free returns. Please read our RETURNS POLICY for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) via Shopify transaction processing or via PayPal. 

Do you provide International delivery?
We do! Most deliveries outside of the United States are shipped at a standard rate (10-20 business days) of $12.99 or an express rate (7-10 business days) of $21.99. 

How do I track my order?
You will be sent an e-mail notification upon shipment of your order that will include a tracking number. Additionally, you can log-in to your account at any time, navigate to 'My Orders' and see the status or tracking number for your order. 

How can I contact your couriers?
We ship solely with USPS, as such, you may go to the USPS website and select the most convenient way to contact them regarding your questions or call them at 1(800)275-8777.
